Max Domarus
Max Domarus (* 13. Dezember 1911 in Wiesbaden; † 4. Juni 1992 in Würzburg) war Historiker, Lehrer, Schriftsteller und Publizist. Bereits seit 1932 sammelte er die Äußerungen Adolf Hitlers systematisch. Seine Quellensammlung und Chronik des Dritten Reiches mit Kommentaren zu Hitlers Reden in vier Bänden ist im angelsächsischen Raum sehr bekannt. Er arbeitete von 1945 bis 1965 als Archivar im Graf Schönborn’schen Archiv im Schloss Wiesentheid und Fürst Castell’schen Archiv in Castell. Sein 1962/1963 in erster Auflage erschienenes Hauptwerk ''Hitler. Reden und Proklamationen 1932–1945'' benutzte Konrad Kujau bei der Fälschung der „Hitler-Tagebücher“. Veröffentlicht in Wikipedia
