Jack Jacobs

Jacobs, circa 1944 Jack Jacobs (August 7, 1919 – January 12, 1974), nicknamed "Indian Jack", was an American professional football player who was a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL) and Western Interprovincial Football Union.
