Afterwards the author attemptes to evaluate health records, not for hard statistics, but to illustrate the clientele (2nd main section). Hard statistics is all but impossible, because a greater part of the priliminary records are irrecoverable lost. Clientele illustration contains findings of an investigation for cases of hereditary diseases considering Sterilisation Law (Law for the Prevention of Genetically Diseased Offspring). |
